The shared principle

All-on-4 rests on four implants. It's an effective, proven solution, particularly suited to cases where bone volume is reduced. It often makes it possible to restore a fixed arch without resorting to a graft, where other solutions seemed ruled out.
All-on-6 adds two more implants. This configuration distributes chewing forces better across the whole jaw, reduces the load on each implant and strengthens long-term stability. It's indicated when bone volume is sufficient, and especially for the upper jaw, which is naturally under greater strain.
